Bulk Email & SMS allows you to send messages to multiple customers or employees at once from the Marketing section in Setjob.
You can send:
Email only
SMS only
Email and SMS together
Sending a Bulk Message
Go to Marketing → Bulk Email & SMS.
Choose whether you want to message Customers or Employees.
Select the recipients you want to contact.
Choose Email, SMS, or both.
Write your message.
Review the recipients and send your message.
This is useful for service updates, announcements, promotions, schedule information, or any other message you need to send to multiple people.
SMS Credits
SMS credits are included with Setjob plans.
Your available SMS balance can be used for bulk SMS messages and other SMS notifications within Setjob.
If you need more SMS credits, you can purchase additional credits whenever required.
Before sending a bulk SMS, Setjob will show the number of recipients so you can review your message before sending.
