Rounds help you organise multiple jobs into groups, making recurring work and location-based jobs easier to manage.
For example, you can create a round for a particular area, route or group of regular customers and keep those jobs together.
Creating a Round
Go to Jobs → Rounds and select Create Round.
Give your round a name, such as:
M6 North
Monday Round
Central London
Commercial Round
Once created, you can add jobs to the round.
Adding Jobs to a Round
Open the round and select Add Jobs to choose which jobs should be included.
Jobs within the same round can still have their own:
Customer
Date and time
Employee
Service
Frequency
Price
Job status
This means customers can have different schedules or frequencies while still being organised within the same round.
Round Map
The Map View shows the locations of jobs within the round.
This makes it easier to see where your customers are located and organise jobs by area.
Managing Your Round
From the Round page, you can:
View all jobs in the round
Add or remove jobs
View job locations on the map
See each job's frequency
Check payment and job status
Edit or delete the round
Rounds are particularly useful for businesses with regular recurring jobs across multiple customers or locations, helping keep your workload organised without changing each customer's individual schedule.
